Does anyone have one of these? If so, what are your opinions?

I do not have a 5.11 bag, but here is mine -
[Image: bag1.jpg] [Image: bag2.jpg]

It goes everywhere with me, I removed a lot of frill crap that came on the bag, (nonsense straps, buckles, and handles) to clean it up a bit, then I changed the zipper pulls to paracord. Front pouch is the trauma pouch with med kit, indicated by the red zipper pulls. Next to that is always a bottle of water that I switch out periodically. Main compartment houses a glock 17 in a leather holster strapped into the bag. It is really a great set up because all I have to do to access the gun is sling the bag under my arm and sideways across my chest, pull one zipper and the gun is angled to draw. Other than that, is my day planner/calendar in the main. Then in the little pouch (with the flag) is a lighter, pen, small flashlight, ear plugs, shooting glasses and a couple batteries. Thumbs up

Carrying a Glock 17 in a bag with an FN Awesome patch... tsk... tsk... The paracord is a great idea, and color coding the IFAK is good idea as well. I have 2 bags, a full blown Bugout bag in Multicam, and a smaller carry bag in black.

Do you carry food in your Carry bag?

No food in the every-day bag. That is all in the full size "go bag" at home.

I have the RUSH MOAB 6 backpack. Nice velcro pouch to have easy access to your CCWP.

Just ordered a MOAB 12 today...bug out bag, probably.
