The thing that's nice about the v2 is that Century went with a standard AKM rear instead of the typical milled receiver rear end. This allows for many more stock options than what are available with the v1. You may have to do a little filing here and there but that's typical with any AK. With the v1 you have to break out the Dremel or an angle grinder and get to doing heavy modifications with most stocks. The new Magpul stocks, for example, are a (insert word that begins with "b" and rhymes with witch) to get on a v1, but are a simple bolt on replacement for the v2.
