There are a lot of places better than Hawaii on my bucket list. From the state level, to county level (Cook county), to city, down to store level, a lot of place have lost my money- RLB Theater, Whole Foods, Cook County, City of Deerfield, and now Hawaii (although they were really already on the list) are places where I have stopped or won't now spend money.

I agree. I have been very fortunate in my life to have visited most of the US. Hawaii is a place I have no desire to see. Now I know I will never see it. Like you said LOTS of places will never see so much as a penny from me or even have the chance to sell me on any of their items as well as many cities I will boycott. The list just keep growing.
