Hi all. Seeing mixed reviews on amazon for site laser in the $20-30 range. Most complaints are short range and ill fitting in the chamber and sometimes difficult to get out. Anyone have experience here or recommendations?
How about one that fits muzzle end? SiteLite Mag Laser Boresighter?

I bought a LaserLyte and have used it several times. I only use it to take the fat out of my system. I have had no issues with it at all. My son thought I was crazy, until he wanted to borrow it. It works well and I have had no issues with it.

Yes. Only good for saving ammo on initial zero. Still have to find time it as the range.

I have a Site-Lite SL-150 Ultra and like it. Gives me the option to laser bore sight anything.
Regarding "sometimes difficult to get out" you need to use grease or oil before inserting the bore sight. A little grease on the tip of the bore sight works wonders.
And remember, it will get you on the paper sooner, nothing will be a perfect zero.

I have one and love it. It's good enough that the other day, the gunsmiths were looking for it.

I tried out the bore sighter and it worked well. Dead on at 25 yards. More work to come, though.

What do you guys think of this scope for a VEPR in 7.62x54R?

I am planning on using this from 3-600 yds. I want fixed power, and felt 4x is not enough beyond 400 yds.
