Does RDA carry any drop in triggers for AR type rifles? Or are these type parts best to go to Brownell's for? I am thinking I want to replace the trigger on my Colt LE6920 and perhaps the Ruger SR-762 as well. Neither trigger is awful, awful, but it would help if they were better.

We do not have drop ins, but check out CMC or Timney, those are my top two.

Put a Rock River match trigger in my Colt match rifle, sweet 2 stage pull, about 120 dineros but well worth it. Factory trigger pull was bad!!!!

OK, I went with 2 Geissele SSA-E triggers, and replaced them on my Colt LE6920 & Ruger SR762. Very crisp pulls. 3.5 lbs. Fast resets. Easy to swap out. The Colt and Ruger factory triggers were really awful. I will see if I really like these I might have to upgrade the LR-308 LRL as well, but the trigger on that isn't bad. I did get these for $184 each, still seems like I spent too much on them.
