Per what I have, unless it's been changed.

Unless the law changes, a renewal is $150, same as the initial purchase.

Oregon is 4 years and the cost if $60. (I think they just raised it). My Utah is 5 years.

Every 4 years we just have to pay the County fee, which is not up to $60 and we have fewer restrictions of places we can't carry. Only two enemy's of our weapons, Rust and Politicians!

Maybe it is about not wanting to allow conceal carry but IL never passes up the opportunity to tax and fee us.
