MCMillers RDA Outing. - Mike25 - 10-05-2014
Just a thought. Would anyone be interested in meeting up there to spend the day, have a little fun shooting? I would be but would need to be planned far in advance. I'm sure like most of you I've got a lot of things going on with kids and family which is why I would need to plan far in advance. I'm also a hat collector and would love to see RDA hats with their kick-a** logo on front with Red Dot Arms.com on back. Just sayin!!

I would. One thing I recall talking about last Saturday was the plinking range (shooting plates, not paper). It appears that is closed until further notice. Anyone know why or heard anything? This would be a primary reason why I'd drive all the way up to Eagle. Shootin' paper is fine, but it gets old after a while.
I could do this most weekend days in November and December. I'm on vaca later this month.

Wow, I can't believe the response. I was actually thinking some time next Jan/Feb. I'm out of town a majority of the weekends up at the cabin for next few months. I wouldn't want to hold u guys back but after the holidays I would love to go. As far i plinking, I thought I read on their website that it's only open mon-thur.

When I go up there this week on Thursday, I'll ask... I know they had each range closed down for 3 days during the summer on a staggered schedule while they did some berm work and other improvements. I don't know what they were doing for sure but they did have a couple concrete trucks and a couple dump trucks with sand there this summer.

The Red Dot team actually had a day all set up a couple of weeks back, but i had major vehicle issues and some other things had popped up for other people. This would be an awesome way to reschedule and really make a day out of it! Count me in!
