You can always use a new shotgun

True, but I would say you should never be without a shotgun. Everyone should have at least one.

I prefer a .308 caliber battle rifle...

Everything has it's job Shotgun have there place in a self defense plan.

RE: Shotgun Comparison - fromtheplaines - 05-23-2015

It's the most versitile gun out there.

RE: Shotgun Comparison - bradberry - 05-23-2015

And most importantly an important part of anyones arsenal

Would you agree that a .308 might not be a great close quarters home defense gun? Over penetration and all...

A shotty fills that void pretty well.

RE: Shotgun Comparison - mikereddot - 05-23-2015

In the days to come, RDA will be announcing a 35 hour AR-15 class, with the last eight being CQC (close quarters combat). We won't be using .308 for that. We are also working on a shotgun version of the class. Stay tuned.

RE: Shotgun Comparison - fromtheplaines - 05-24-2015

Didn't you just kinda announce it ;)

RE: Shotgun Comparison - mikereddot - 05-24-2015

Kinda just did.

RE: Shotgun Comparison - Karl B - 05-24-2015

LOL
Smile

RE: Shotgun Comparison - fromtheplaines - 06-05-2015

Seriously when you get that combat shotgun class going I would be super interested. Does it cover pump and sa?

RE: Shotgun Comparison - mikereddot - 06-07-2015

It will be mostly pump.

RE: Shotgun Comparison - BelieveIn308 - 06-07-2015

An AR15, 35 hour class? Gee, a Ruger SR762 is only a pound heavier than a AR15... What will this 35 hour class teach about an AR15?
