With the Wisconsin archery season already underway and the Illinois season quickly approaching I am curious if anyone on the forums will be bowhunting this season? I have been shooting my bow whenever possible and busy working on my property so the 1st can't get here soon enough. For any of you hunting how is your season starting to look?
I can't possibly be the only hunter on the site! Bowhunter maybe but not hunter!
Any Illinois archery hunters getting out tomorrow for the opener?
I used to hunt all the time when i live in Northern Ontario. Just never have the time now.

May not be bow season here yet but this is my sons first kill of the season:

My friend got one in the first hour of bow seasoning opening and cooked some for us for dinner that night. It was pretty cool!
Sidenote... I need to get my hunters safety class done...
I need to take a class myself one of these days as well. I have a bow I just need to shoot it more
